The room was well presented. The standard of furnishings was good. Breakfast had a decent choice and was served by friendly attentive staff. Bar was well stocked. Having suffered a broken leg 2 days prior to my visit , the staff went out of their way to help me. Free selections of coffees, teas, papers, computers/Web access in reception. Pool looked well decorated and presented (I didnt visit) it had loungers available throughout the day

The location was good, beds were very comfortable and enjoyed the little balcony we ended up with. We loved that you could get drinks and food at the pool, great spot to swim and sunbathe it was very relaxing. Staff we encountered were very friendly.

Beautiful Hotel. Great Location. Entire staff was great! Nice pool. Michael was so polite and friendly, he made sure we had everything we needed , towels, food and beverages. Having a shuttle to the beach was great! Even provided us with beach chairs, towels and water. Our stay included a wonderful breakfast conveniently located in Shula’s.

The staff are super friendly and nice. It was walking distance to Clam Pass Beach. Unlimited water bottles at the front desk. Free coffee and hot chocolate at all times unlimited. Free shuttle to the beach if you don’t want to walk. Don Shula restaurant was inside the hotel and the food was delicious.

The hotel was excellent! Nice size room. Everything very clean and well maintained. Friendly and very helpful staff. Complementary beach chair and towels were great. Can't beat the location.
