From inception to conclusion, our visit felt so comfortable. I felt like we were visiting a friends house in lieu of a hotel. Kareem and Brad at the front desk were so attentive and sweet. They referred us to an amazing retreat USS Nemo. We visited the beach, they have a shuttle for that. Everything is within a two mile radius from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday weekend.

Air conditioning is controlled by administration we were so burn and tired from the beach and the room was super hot, it wasn’t until 3 am that finally started working properly, it just damage our point of view of this hotel.

Complimentary bicycles, waters/coffee/soda, parking. Walking distance to everything. Pool was never crowded and decent size. Price was reasonable for Naples

The location was good, beds were very comfortable and enjoyed the little balcony we ended up with. We loved that you could get drinks and food at the pool, great spot to swim and sunbathe it was very relaxing. Staff we encountered were very friendly.

The hotel was excellent! Nice size room. Everything very clean and well maintained. Friendly and very helpful staff. Complementary beach chair and towels were great. Can't beat the location.

The room was well presented. The standard of furnishings was good. Breakfast had a decent choice and was served by friendly attentive staff. Bar was well stocked. Having suffered a broken leg 2 days prior to my visit , the staff went out of their way to help me. Free selections of coffees, teas, papers, computers/Web access in reception. Pool looked well decorated and presented (I didnt visit) it had loungers available throughout the day

The staff are super friendly and nice. It was walking distance to Clam Pass Beach. Unlimited water bottles at the front desk. Free coffee and hot chocolate at all times unlimited. Free shuttle to the beach if you don’t want to walk. Don Shula restaurant was inside the hotel and the food was delicious.
